Business briefs: Garners join RE/MAX Partners in Steamboat

Steamboat Springs — Michelle and Clay Garner have joined RE/MAX Partners in Steamboat Springs as associate brokers, according to a new release.
Michelle Garner has been a sales and marketing executive for more than 15 years, the release states, and has a background in various stages of real estate development.
She has been involved in the development and sales of 16 residential and mixed-use projects in nine U.S. cities.
Clay Garner is a second-generation real estate agent who has been in the Yampa Valley for 23 years.
The Garners live in Steamboat with their twin 2-year-old daughters.

Timothy Graves joins Feldmann Nagel's Steamboat office
Timothy Graves has joined Feldmann Nagel LLC's Steamboat Springs law office, where he will practice in the field of criminal defense litigation among others, according to a news release.
Feldmann-Nagel started in Steamboat Springs and now has multiple offices in Colorado and in Texas, Rhode Island and California.
Graves received his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law and has a bachelor's in business administration.
He has interned with the Jackson County Public Defender and has worked in private and public criminal defense.
David Baldinger Jr., of Steamboat Village Brokers, attends exclusive conclave
David Baldinger Jr., of Steamboat Village Brokers, joined more than 100 real estate agents at the annual Leaders in Luxury conference, hosted by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, according to a news release.
The release states that the event was an exclusive, "invitation-only educational and networking opportunity for real estate professionals."
"Attending the Leaders in Luxury event is an investment for my clients," Baldinger said in the release. "By networking with the best in the business, sharing ideas, and discovering the latest trends, I can help my affluent clients find success where others are finding challenges."
Keynote speakers at the event included Ken DeLeon, of DeLeon Realty; Patrick Lilly, of boutique Manhattan brokerage CORE; and Brian Dennehy, chief marketing officer for luxury retailer Nordstrom Inc.
The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing is a training and membership organization for real estate professionals who work in the luxury home market, according to the release.
