Shady Ladies return from Denver seminars
Pam Turner and Kathy Fledderjohn of Shady Lady Interiors in Steamboat Springs recently attended a regional Window Fashions magazine educational convention in Denver.
The conference assembled a group of industry experts who presented a series of accredited seminars for interior designers, installers and retailers in the window-treatment industry. The conference was sponsored by Grace McNamara Inc., publisher of the monthly trade publication Window Fashions.
Bonner branches out into real estate
Colorado Group Realty has announced that Dan Bonner has become an owner-broker with the company, specializing in business and commercial real estate sales.
After 24 years in the Steamboat Springs business community as a certified public accountant, and buying and selling many businesses, Bonner made the decision to change his focus.
Bonner is the past and/or current owner of the following businesses: Bonner, Ingalls & Company CPAs, Mountain Resorts, Go-fer Foods, Mountain Sport Center and the Stagecoach Marina. He has owned and managed commercial office property in the Yampa Valley since 1990.
Environmental grants offered by Ski Corp.
The Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. is seeking grant applications from not-for-profit organizations for the Ski Corp. Environmental Fund. The grant application deadline is 5 p.m. June 30.
The Granting Application packet may be picked up and dropped off at the Ski Corp. switchboard on the fourth floor of the Gondola Building, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or postmarked by June 30.
