Bob and Ardyth Triplette: Accidental helpers

We were involved in an accident June 29, and while being involved in any accident is never a pleasant experience (especially when you are hundreds of miles from home), we could not have asked for better care and service from everyone.

We’d especially like to thank Officer Jon Laundy and Sgt. Jeff Wilson with the Steamboat Springs Police Department. Your professionalism and response was incredible. Mark Sloop with Rocky Mountain Towing — thank you doesn’t begin to cover it. We would still be trying to clean out our camper without you, you were wonderful. GCR Tire & Service, thank you so much for setting us up with tires (at no cost) to get us home, Steamboat Motors with the nice rental, Sasak Trailers for making sure we had a good U-Haul to bring our belongings home in and the staff at the Hampton Inn. Alice, Diane White, Halley and Eloy Leyba, Charlie and the rest of the staff, you treated us with such kindness and caring, we were very comfortable in your hotel.

To everyone else we came into contact with while we were there, thank you for your kindness and compassion.
