Business briefs: Hamilton Building townhomes sell

Hamilton Building Townhomes sell

Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers announces the sale of all four units of the Hamilton Building Townhomes to Steamboat Springs’ Greg Pappas of White Knuckle Holdings. Seller was James Hamilton of Hamilton Leasing, also of Steamboat Springs.

“From my experience, this is exactly the type of real estate many commercial investors are looking for as income property,” said Ron Wendler of Colorado Group Realty. “It was a rare opportunity to purchase an entire building that has exceptional visibility on a corner lot. With easy access to Copper Drive, the four units are currently used as one space but can be easily divided as individual future rentals.”

Hamilton Townhomes, located at 2535 Copper Ridge Drive, Units A-D in Steamboat, was on the market for 79 days from listing to closing and sold at 100 percent of the listed price.

Ron Wendler handled both sides of the transaction.

Copper Ridge listing sells in 48 days

Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers announces the sale of unit 2 at Copper Ridge for $225,000 — in just 48 days from listing to closing.

Purchasers were Julie Anderson and Gregory Grasso. Sellers were Dan and Patti Retz. All parties are from the Steamboat area.

“This is an excellent warehouse, live/work space facing south with an abundance of light. The space consists of 1,451 square feet and was built in 2001,” said Ron Wendler of Colorado Group Realty. “Large overhead door, kitchen and bath and two assigned parking spaces are also included. The new owners purchased the unit as an income investment.”

Nancy Jarchow of Colorado Group Realty was co-op broker.
