Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:53 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. No report was taken.

3:39 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court. A security guard at a hotel contacted a man, trying to get him to leave the premises. When police arrived, the man was gone.

1:23 p.m. Officers were called to a hit-and-run crash in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A vehicle was parked unattended overnight and was struck either overnight or early morning, officers said.

8:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment outside a business in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A woman and man passing along the street made rude comments to each other. Words were exchanged back and forth. When officers showed up, no arrests were made.

9:34 p.m. Officers were called to a wildlife report near Mount Werner Circle and Mount Werner Road. A moose reportedly was hit by a car, but the moose and car left the area.

11:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian outside a business in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man was walking in the area, fell down, got up and reportedly walked away.

11:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 300 block of River Road. Fireworks and a lot of noise were coming from the area, and officers issued a verbal warning.

11:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 2800 block of Golf Stream Court. A loud party was going on, and officers told the party to quiet down.
