Any commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item be pulled from the consent agenda.

A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meetings of March 4, 2014

B. Approval of and authorization to sign the Child Care Services Fiscal Agreement between Routt County and Rhonda R. Woodward for the period March 1, 2014 through Dec. 31, 2014.

C. Approval of and authorization for the chairperson to sign the consent to assignment of lease between Galaxy Aviation and Atlantic Aviation for CMR Aviation Hangar Lease.

Consideration for approval and authorization to sign the joint funding agreement between the Routt County Board of County Commissioners and the United States Geological Survey for the 2014 water quality monitoring program in the upper Yampa River Basin.

B. Master contract amendment between Routt County and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment

Consideration for approval and authorization for the chairperson to sign the Master Contract Amendment No. 1 between Routt County and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for the provision of environmental and public health services.

11:30 a.m. Purchase of Development Rights Board

A. PDR project 169 — Tier II Review

Consideration to accept the PDR board’s recommendation to approve Tier II documents related to PDR project 169 and direct staff to place the project on the commissioners’ agenda for final funding approval.

Executive session may be required under C.R.S. 24-6-402 (4)(a) to discuss the purchase, acquisition, lease transfer, or sale of any real, personal, or other property
