Myles Silverman lands 4th-place finish in elite snowboarding field

— Steamboat Springs snowboarder Myles Silverman won his age group at the Sugarloaf banked slalom event in Maine.

Silverman finished fourth overall in an elite field of 150 riders that featured a pair of Olympic snowboarding champions.

Coached in Steamboat by Thedo Remmelink, Silverman attends The Lowell Whiteman School. He was the top performer in the 14 to 19 age group. He finished 0.10 seconds back of third place and the podium.
