Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:34 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a noise complaint in the 3000 block of Village Drive. A loud party was taking place, and partygoers were issued a warning.

3:49 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint of a man sleeping on the couch of someone else's unit in the 2300 block of Après Ski Way. The man was intoxicated and entered the wrong unit. He was directed to the correct unit.

12:08 p.m. Officers were called to a theft complaint at a business in the 2700 block of Village Drive. Someone had stolen an $800 fly-fishing rod at the business.

1:34 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint of a man who exposed himself in public near Hilltop Parkway and South Lincoln Avenue. The man ran away.

3:30 p.m. Officers were called to a disturbance in the 2500 block of Après Ski Way. It was a neighbor dispute that was mediated by officers.

6:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone doing drugs at a parking lot in the 2300 block of Ski Trail Lane. Police were unable to locate the man.

7:59 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint of an intoxicated man passed out on the side of the road near Walton Creek Road and Eagle Ridge Drive. The man was taken to detox.

10:48 p.m. Officers were called to a severely intoxicated man on the bus at the Gondola Transit Center. The man was passed out when officers arrived and was taken to the hospital.

After a couple of years when the use of Pot and Alcohol normalizes then we can have better calls... such as

Man spotted at the bus stop laughing and eating Doritos, when the police arrived the man couldn't be found.

Officers were called to a complaint of a man eating food from someone else's fridge in the 2300 block of Après Ski Way. The man was stoned and entered the wrong unit. He was directed to the correct fridge
