Another sale in the building is pending, according to its website and Chris Paoli, of Colorado Group Realty.

When the pending sales close, that would leave only one unit available on each floor of the building on the corner of Fifth and Yampa streets.

“It has been a great start to the year in the high-end downtown condo market,” Paoli wrote in an email. “Half the buyers downtown have been looking for a number of years and finally pulled the trigger.”
