Items of routine and non-controversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Routt County Board of Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meetings of May 20, 2014

B. Approval of and authorization to sign a liquor license renewal for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. DBA Ragnars for a Hotel and Restaurant license.

C. Approval of and authorization to sign a liquor license renewal for Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. DBA Stoker Bar for a Hotel and Restaurant license with 2 Optional Premises.

D. Consideration for approval and authorization to sign the Child Care Services Fiscal Agreement (“CCCAP”) between Routt County and Oak Creek School Age Child Care Center for the period June 9, 2014, through Dec. 31, 2014.

A. Amendment to five-well study reimbursement agreement

Consideration to authorize the commissioners to sign the amendment to the reimbursement agreement between the County and Southwestern Energy for Civil Design Consultants Inc. to perform additional analysis to the five-well road engineering study for the hydraulic fracturing activities of Dill Gulch well (No. 1-22) along County Road 53 the additional cost of $8,500. The project will be fully funded by Southwestern Energy.

Consideration to accept the recommendation of the Museum and Heritage Advisory Board and approve the 2014 Capacity Building Grant applications as follows:

2. Historic Routt County: Ag Alliance — Cow Town Ranch Tours, $1,000

3. Hahn’s Peak Area Historical Society: Pole Barn addition, $12,500
