Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:05 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a drunken man passed out at a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was released to a sober person.

8:34 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza.

8:44 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear getting into trash in the 600 block of Amethyst Drive. The trash was not in a bear-proof container, and a warning was given.

10:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a female who crashed her scooter at Evans and 13th streets.

10:34 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of harassment in the 24200 block of Arapahoe Road.

11:20 a.m. Officers were called to a report of three unlocked cars broken into in the 1700 block of Burgess Creek Road.

12:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a longboard stolen from a pawn shop in the 100 block of Ninth Street.

12:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bank bag with $1,600 in cash stolen from a restaurant in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. The bag had been left in the manager’s unlocked office. When the manager returned from lunch, it was gone.

2:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of identity theft in the 300 block of Cherry Drive. A person’s social security number was used to open a bank account.

2:49 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft at a restaurant in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. A chef’s bag of knives valued at $1,000 was taken.

7:40 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 1500 block of Mark Twain Lane.

7:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person snooping around an impound yard in the 1300 block of 13th Street. The person was gone when officers arrived.

9:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of three people possibly doing drugs at a convenience store in the 500 block of Marketplace Plaza. They were gone when officers arrived.

10:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person complaining about loud music coming from a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Bar staff were told to close the windows.
