— Here are five arts and entertainment events not to miss this weekend:

• 32nd annual Cabaret: Steamboat Time at the Chief Theater

Local talent will come to fruition once again this spring season with the Steamboat Springs Arts Council’s 32nd Annual Cabaret. Getting back to the old "Cabaret" of eyebrow-rising, raunchy comedy, McGowen said this year’s skits are about poking fun at everything and spoofing all.

• First Friday Artwalk

On the first Friday of every month local art galleries keep their doors open later than usual to invite locals and visitors to see newly featured art. To see a list of featured galleries and artists go to www.exploresteamboat.com.

• Missed the Boat

Schmiggity’s at 10 p.m.

Local band, Missed the Boat will bring foot-stompin’ rocking mountain-grass and a folk-rock energy to their lives performances. Need I say more? You know who they are!

• Paddleboard Yoga

Doesn’t matter if you are an expert or a beginning, try paddle board yoga. Presented by Steamboat Paddleboard Adventures. Classes start on Saturday, June 7 and run weekly through Sept. 6.

ReTree Steamboat Art Show and Sustainability Expo

There will be art and furniture from local artists and wood workers, a solar garden, a green car show, local food information, tower gardens, wood working demonstrations, and more!

•9:30 a.m. registration and check-in

• 10 a.m. to noon planing by Bear River Bike Park

• Noon to 1 p.m. barbecue for volunteers

• Noon to 2 p.m. Live music with Trevor G. Potter
