Dr. Andi Kohler and Dr. Craig Stanton: Decision to close AHC

It is with a heavy heart that Craig and I (Andi) have decided to close the Animal Healing Center. Craig and I want you all to know that this decision was not made lightly. We both have enjoyed taking care of our patients and developing wonderful relationships with our clients. Owning the AHC has been a rewarding experience for us, and we have deep gratitude for all that we learned and for this special community of animal lovers.

This June, after being overwhelmed with health issues for both Craig and myself, and wanting to spend more time with our daughter, I was faced with a heartbreaking decision to close our clinic.

The Animal Healing Center was our dream, a huge portion of our life, and we both invested absolutely everything we had into making it a special and thriving veterinary clinic. Both Craig and I will miss our patients and clients dearly.

The AHC was a uniquely rewarding experience for us both. However, although we are healers and passionate about caring for pets, we forgot to take care of ourselves in the midst of too much work and stress.

Thank you to all of our furry patients; every cat and dog and other critter we have cared for has given us unconditional love, and we are forever grateful. Thank you to our family, employees and clients who believed in and supported us while we built our dream. We do not know what the future holds for us but have faith that the right plan will fall into place as we take care of ourselves during this next journey.

Sincerely,

Dr. Andi Kohler and Dr. Craig Stanton
