Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:12 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a man outside a bar in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue who was trying to start a fight with the bouncer. The man was gone when officers arrived.

12:34 a.m. Officers were called to a report of loud music in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road. A verbal warning was given.

8:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft from a hotel in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

9:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a dispute between neighbors over snow removal.

10:15 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person illegally parked in a handicapped spot in the 500 block of Anglers Drive. A citation was issued.

12:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person fraudulently using someone’s identity to get a cell phone.

12:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that had been parked for days and was creating snow removal problems in the 3700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of a building that was possibly on fire in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Dark smoke was seen coming out from a vent. A small electrical fire was suspected of causing the smoke.

2:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of female students who were possibly involved in a bullying incident at Steamboat Springs High School.

5:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who may have been drinking excessively in the 1000 block of Longview Circle.

5:53 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a wallet at a grocery store in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

9:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of electronics stolen from an unlocked car in the 2300 block of Ski Trail Lane.

11:15 p.m. Officers were called to check on a drunken man in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The man was not supposed to be drinking because of a protection order so the 44-year-old man was arrested.
