9:56 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of harassment in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. A woman complained that her neighbor wouldn't let their children play together. The woman who reported this to police thought the situation was harassment.

11:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident at Bud Werner Memorial Library. A staff member reported that a woman with two young boys had hit one of the boy's heads on a glass door, and then hit him in the stomach. When contacted by police, the woman said the wind had blown the door into the boy, and that she did not hit him in the stomach. Police found no marks or bruises on the boy but referred the incident to Routt County Human Services for further investigation.

1 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who made some uncomfortable and threatening statements to his friends in the first block of Arapahoe Lane. The man told police he had smoked marijuana the night before and was rambling on about things. The man was referred to mental health professionals.

2:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person from out of town who reported his or her bank card was being used by someone else.

9:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken driver on Yampa Street. Officers arrested the driver on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

9:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person who had passed out in a taxi near the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was taken to detox.

10:29 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who allegedly had damaged her ex-boyfriend's car by dragging her feet on the side of the car in the 2600 block of Copper Ridge Circle.

11:34 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police contacted two men and determined everything was OK.
