Discussion regarding the temporary road closure of approximately 9 miles of C.R 129 from approximately mile marker 34 north of Columbine to mile marker 43 near Three Forks Ranch to all but local and emergency traffic.

Consideration to approve and authorization to sign a Resolution proclaiming April 2014 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Routt County.

Discussion and direction concerning a request to the state Legislature to change the county category classification for Routt County from a Category 3 to a Category 2 county.
