10:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 500 block of Wyatt Drive. A man reportedly had asked his neighbor to turn off a porch light so he could see the stars. When the neighbor did not turn off the porch light, the man became belligerent. Officers contacted the man and told him to behave.
11:48 p.m. Officers were called to help a man at a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street. The man was very drunk and had called police for an unknown reason. The man had a protection order related to an incident Sept. 9 where police say the man broke into a bar, drank and then passed out in the office. The protection order forbid the 27-year-old man from drinking so officers arrested him on suspicion of violating a protection order.
