The Buffaloes' Sept. 14 home game against Fresno State was postponed due to flooding in Boulder, and Colorado had a bye week this past weekend. Wood and the Buffaloes will open Pac-12 play against Oregon State on Saturday.

The sophomore tight end saw action in the Thunderwolves' 44-7 win over Western New Mexico but didn't record any statistics.

2010 graduate of Steamboat Springs High School, senior at University of Denver

King helped her team battle to the fifth set in all three games at the Black & Gold Challenge in Boone, N.C. She led the Pioneers in their first two games in kills with 17 on Friday in a loss to UT-Arlington and 12 kills in a 3-2 win against East Carolina Saturday. King tacked on 15 kills and 14 digs in the Pioneers’ 2-3 loss against Appalachian State in the second half of Saturday’s double-header.

2010 graduate of Steamboat Springs High School, senior at Lake Forest (Ill.) College

Garth started both of the Foresters' wins at Grinnell on Saturday and Cornell on Sunday. Lake Forest won 3-0 over Grinnell and 3-1 over Cornell.

Stanford recorded a kill, an assist and a block stuffed in the Tigers' 3-0 loss to Berry on Friday. Stanford helped Sewanee to a 3-2 win on Saturday with four kills and an assist.

2012 graduate of Steamboat Springs High School, sophomore at Lake Forest University

On Tuesday, Valicenti lost in No. 1 singles play against Carroll University but took a doubles win alongside Lexi Chionis, 8-4. At the ITA Regional Tournament on Saturday, Valicenti and Chionis lost in first-round doubles play at DePauw University.
