Steamboat Springs Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:39 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers responded to a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road. A driver was in a parking lot with his or her car lights off. People arrested the person on suspicion of DUI.
2:20 a.m. Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 400 block of Eaglepointe Court. There was a small party and officers issued a warning.
8:39 a.m. Officers responded to a suspicious incident in the 1700 block of Brome Drive. A vehicle was broken into, and the suspect was arrested.
11:10 a.m. Officers were called to report of a person weaving. The person was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
11:13 a.m. Officers responded to a suspicious incident in the on Routt County Road 34. There was a report of a transient person on the river. The person was gone when officers arrived.
12:36 p.m. Officers were called to a disturbance in the 60 block of Hanover St. A landlord and tenant were having a dispute about an eviction. Officers mediated the situation.
1:20 p.m. Officers were called to vehicle complaint on U.S. Highway 40. After being pulled over, a man fell out of his truck. His truck continued to move when a passerby jumped into the truck and stopped it. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
2:02 p.m. Officers were called to a theft in the 700 bock of Lincoln Avenue. Officers took a report.
9:26 p.m. Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 1100 block of Overlook Drive. There was a loud party and officers issued a warning.
11:27 p.m. Officers responded to a suspicious person on Eighth Street. A person was looking into cars and pulling on door handles. The person was gone when officers arrived.
