12:04 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a noise complaint in the 3000 block of Village Drive. A loud party was given a warning.

12:43 a.m. Officers contacted a person in the 800 block of Yampa Street. A drunken person was given a ride home.

1:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 1400 block of Bob Adams Drive. A woman was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

1:34 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 1000 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:57 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road. A man was trying to kick down the door of a condo where he thought he lived. It was not his condo. He was taken to detox.

2:44 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight in the 800 block of Yampa Street. Four people were issued tickets for disorderly conduct and a several needed stitches.

2:48 a.m. Officers were called to a report of suspicious car in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A car in an alley was waiting to pick up a friend.

2:50 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 1400 block of Bob Adams Drive. Two people were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol.

9:35 a.m. Officers were called to perform a welfare check in the 1900 block of Walton Creek. The person was contacted by phone and was not in the state.

10:22 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 27000 block of Brandon Circle. A young man reportedly knocked on the door of a house while wearing a bandana covering his entire face except for his eyes. He walked away, and deputies were unable to find him.

10:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report a theft in the 2600 block of Anthony Circle. Several thousand dollars worth of construction equipment and copper wiring was stolen from a construction site.

12:27 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of illegal dumping at mile marker 5 on Routt County Road 76. A couple couches were left on the side of the road.

12:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of shoplifting in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. A woman reportedly stole $300 worth of merchandise. She was arrested after giving officers a fake name and date of birth.

3:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of lost car keys.

4:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a two-car, noninjury crash in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

5:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet found in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. It was returned to its owner.

5:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The person was given a ride home.

5:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A backpack reportedly was stolen.

7:05 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a theft in the 25000 block of Routt County Road 33A. A barn reportedly was broken into and an old milk separator was stolen.

8:17 p.m. Officers were called to a perform a welfare check in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive. A person from Denver was thought to be in Steamboat Springs. The person was not found.

8:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a hit-and-run in the City Market parking lot. A person reportedly hit another car in the parking lot then called to his friends to hurry up and left the scene.

8:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fireworks at Seventh and Pine streets. Offices were unable to locate the source.

10:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. A group of youths reportedly were being loud in a parking lot. They were gone when officers arrived.

11:48 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a prowler in the 1700 block of Brome Drive. A person called reporting someone outside banging on a door. Everything was quiet when officers arrived.

How did the fight in the first block of 7th Sunday evening escape this column? There were at least two cop cars there, plus an FD ambulance. Oh well. Maybe the Jail Report Sunday will be more enlightening.
