12:21 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a complaint about a noise in the 1900 block of Alpine Plaza.
3:48 a.m. A couple told police their son was missing after he was supposed to be spending the night at a friend's house. The parents returned to police 45 minutes later to report they found their son sleeping in a vehicle in the driveway of a friend's house.
9:08 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies and Colorado State Patrol troopers were called to a report of a car crash in the 27000 block of Brandon Circle.
9:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a transient man panhandling at a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The man was gone when officers arrived.
1:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver who was swerving all over U.S. Highway 40. Police could not find the vehicle.
4:06 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a mountain bike worth $400 that was stolen from the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
6:03 p.m. Colorado Parks and Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 36000 block of Tree Haus Drive.
7:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost his or her driver's license at a business on Yampa Street.
11:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Apres Ski Way. A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief after he threw an umbrella stand at a vehicle, causing significant damage. Police said the man was angry at people in his parking lot who he thought were being too loud. After he told the group to “shut up,” the individuals responded with obscenities, and the man threw the umbrella stand.
