Items of routine and noncontroversial nature are placed on the consent agenda to allow the Routt County Board of Commissioners to spend its time and energy on more important items on a lengthy agenda. Any commissioner may request that an item be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately. Any member of the public may request any item be pulled from the consent agenda.

A. Medical benefit consultant waiver request 2014 through 2018

Discussion and consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and approve and authorize the chairperson to sign a contract (with non-appropriations clause), once approved by county attorney, for an employee medical benefit consultant for a multi-year contract (at Routt County’s discretion) for as long as five years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018).
