Police, fire and ambulance calls

9:55 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of trespassing at a radio station in the 2900 block of Village Drive. For the past several months, a local woman had been hanging out in the lobby, using the restrooms and storing food in the business’s refrigerator. The employees did not want her hanging around anymore.

10:11 a.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with chest pain in the 39500 block of Routt County Road 62.

12:49 p.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of several signs damaged near Steamboat Springs High School.

1:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

2:21 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a reckless driver near mile marker 129 on U.S. Highway 40.

2:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a dead skunk in the road in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue. It was moved.

3:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car blocking a driveway at Seventh and Oak streets. A citation was issued.

5:38 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a crash near mile marker 109 on U.S. 40. A pickup lost a wheel and hit another car. No one was injured.

5:43 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a possible drunken driver near mile marker 58 on Colorado Highway 131.

8:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a white station wagon that was swerving and being driven 10 to 20 mph below the speed limit. The driver was contacted and was not drunk.
