As the original inhabitants of Oak Creek would say "Be cautious....she speaks with forked tongue".

I wont be in Oak Creek but I would sure love to ask WHY she would NOT stand behind the effort to remove the NDAA in the State of Colorado. The NDAA is now tied in with the Trans Pacific Partnership that will have profound effects on everyone. Farmers, Ranchers, the demand to make you grow and embrace GMOs. It goes way beyond that. It is a step towards Agenda 21. So you large land holders, you better get ready and do some reading. Because there is a direct intention to remove your land from you. That's a fact Jack. The loss of our 10th, 5th and 1st Amendments the NDAA is to secure the fact that we no longer have a voice or the right to defend what we all have worked for and embraced. I would love to know how she stand behind such things and against the Constitution.

It is long over due that as people of this state and of this nation, WE damn sure deserve better, and should demand better. SHE works for the people..... It is called Civil Service, not SELF Service.

Well, if I was concerned enough and thought it would make a difference to show up at an Town of Oak Creek public meeting then I'd be far far more worried about the direction of the town government than DMB.

Oak Creek is the only water district in the state that lacks water meters on commercial accounts. It still has no program to encourage installing water meters and I have described numerous successful different programs done elsewhere. The town makes over 7.2 million gallons of potable water a month and national average for usage per person for a town of that size should use about 2.7M gallons a month. So there is arguably 4.5M gallons missing per month.

But since they refuse to even regularly read the existing water meters to get any idea of where the water is going, they are instead considering spending $4.5M or nearly $10,000 per water account aka residence to improve the ditch bringing water to town and spending hundreds of thousands more for additional storage.

So by refusing to do what has been successfully done everywhere else, they are preparing to add over $10,000 of debt to every house that will have to be off over time.

Hey John, Looks like if any info is released on her presentation that person will be placed on double secret probation. No hulaing allowed.

Well, most of the Oak Creek Town Board are so useless that even your caricatures of DMB is of someone far better than almost all of the current Town Board. During her time as a county commissioner she did recognize the need for government to deal with basic infrastructure issues around the county which is far more than can be said for the OC town government.

1car·i·ca·ture noun ˈker-i-kə-ˌchu̇r, -ˌchər, -ˌtyu̇r, -ˌtu̇r, -ˈka-ri-

: a drawing that makes someone look funny or foolish because some part of the person's appearance is exaggerated

: someone or something that is very exaggerated in a funny or foolish way

Scott, Pray tell where in the above post of mine or John is your "caricature". all we are asking is to find out what her presentation was in Oak Creek. I am curious as to why there was no reporting on her appearance. Chill out and chive on. Must be a slow day today.
