Following work to replace about 1,000 feet of sewer line through the West Lincoln Park in fall 2012, contractors for the city of Steamboat Springs Utilities Department this spring are working to complete the repair of park irrigation, sod the areas disturbed by construction and replace the trail that was removed during construction, according to a news release.
Concrete trail work is expected to take place this week, and sodding is expected to be completed by the end of the month. The Yampa River Core Trail will be detoured around the construction zone until the $760,000 project is completed.
