— It is thought a medical issue led to the death of a 26-year-old Minnesota woman Wednesday at the Steamboat Hotel.

Routt County Coroner Rob Ryg identified the woman as Katelyn Lynch.

Ryg said Lynch was vacationing in Steamboat Springs with her brother from Minnesota and another brother who lives in Fort Collins.

Ryg said Lynch was sick when her brothers went skiing Wednesday. When they returned at about 3 p.m., they discovered Lynch had died. Police said the death was not suspicious.

An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.
