Authorities identify man who died of heart attack while skiing at Steamboat Ski Area

Steamboat Springs Routt County Coroner Rob Ryg on Tuesday identified the man who died Monday of an apparent heart attack while skiing as Robert Gawley, 64, of Fayetteville, Ark.
According to a news release from Steamboat Ski Area, Gawley collapsed at about 10:38 a.m. Monday while skiing with friends on the Spur Run beginner trail. Steamboat Ski Patrol began administering advanced life support a few minutes later. He later died at Yampa Valley Medical Center.
