Nancy Westphale

Dietrich, Westphale named owners at Colorado Group

Kevin Dietrich and Nancy Westphale are the newest broker/owners at Colorado Group Realty, according to a news release.

Dietrich studied elementary education at St. Bonaventure University and moved here permanently in 2002.

After four years as a senior manager with Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp., he chose to pursue real estate as his full-time career.

He recently received the 2012 Colorado Group Realty Rising Star award.

“Becoming an owner at Colorado Group Realty was a goal of mine. I am thrilled that it has happened sooner than expected,” Dietrich said in the release.

Nancy Westphale moved to Steamboat Springs 16 years ago. She worked as a ski instructor and was instrumental in starting STARS, Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for scholarships and equipment for adaptive skiers. Westphale also was on the founding board of the Steamboat Art Museum.

“I had property management and commercial real estate in my background, and it was a natural transition for me to represent buyers and sellers in the Yampa Valley,” she said in the release.
