Police, fire and ambulance calls

4:58 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a 44-year-old man who hit his head and passed out in the 400 block of Blue Sage Circle.

7:33 a.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who had chest pain in the 300 block of South Shelton Lane.

7:42 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to check on the welfare of a woman’s daughter at a hotel in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

7:59 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

8:23 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bus driver who was concerned about a passenger who had blood on his hands. The man apparently had gotten drunk and injured his hands while stumbling around.

10:24 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who was concerned about comments a man made at a bank in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was upset and is known for making disturbing comments.

11:10 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who had chest pain at Steamboat Springs Middle School.

11:41 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bench that possibly had been thrown against a door in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. There was no damage.

11:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet found at a bus stop on Walton Creek Road.

12:41 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 200 block of South Sharp Avenue.

2:29 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who wanted to report an argument she had with her landlord in the 2300 block of Val D’Isere Circle.

3:54 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a shuttle driver who saw girls going through cars in Meadows Parking Lot. The juvenile girls were contacted, and officers talked to their parents. It did not appear anything had been taken from the cars.

6:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who wanted to complain about how snow had been plowed at his or her house in the 500 block of Buena Vista Court.

7:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was concerned about a young girl who was holding a sign that said “stranded” in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers could not find her.

7:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

11:51 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of an assault in the 28000 block of Routt County Road 7 near Yampa.
