Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:50 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident at Ninth and Aspen streets.
2:01 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken man who might need help in the first block of Eighth Street.
2:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of loud music and voices in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza. It was quiet when officers arrived.
9:44 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of an accident near mile marker 115 on U.S. Highway 40.
10:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person at Strawberry Park Elementary School. It was a cable worker.
12:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in Steamboat who received a prank phone call that was threatening.
2:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue. It was a homeless person wanting a ride to Denver.
2:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was bitten by a dog at Rita Valentine Park. It was not known to whom the dog belonged.
2:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
2:35 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a person being harassed in the 21900 block of Middle Creek Road.
4:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
5:41 p.m. Deputies and officers were called to a report of a possible drunken driver who almost caused two accidents near mile marker 156 on U.S. 40. The car was stopped, and the driver was given a warning.
6:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury accident in the 800 block of Yampa Street.
7:29 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who was having a seizure in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
8:51 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person who might need help at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. The person could not be found.
8:53 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged in the 700 block of Yampa Street.
9:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the first block of Seventh Street. The person took the bus home.
11:04 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud noise in the 300 block of Old Fish Creek Falls Road. A verbal warning was given.
