■ Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of May 28, 2013

■ Approval of the appointment of new member Lee Cox to fill the currently vacant Seat 3, cycling seat, in the Multi-Modal Advisory Board, to serve the remainder of a two-year term ending Dec. 31, 2014.

■ Approval of and authorization to sign an MOU between Routt as the fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council and Steamboat Springs School District RE-2 for First Impressions to serve as the Colorado Preschool Program District Advisory Council and Coordinator for the 2013-14 school year.

■ Approval of and authorization for the chairman to sign Zehner Minor Land Preservation Subdivision exemption plat and the development agreement related to the LPS.

■ Downtown campus closure for pro-cycling tour: Discussion and consideration to close county offices operating from all of the downtown Steamboat Springs campus to include the historic courthouse, annex and human services buildings on Aug. 21, 2013, in order to accommodate the closure of streets around the courthouse for the USA Pro Challenge; departments will be allowed to manage staff time with use of vacation or personal time and or allowing a flexible 40-hour workweek for the week of Aug. 19, 2013.

■ 2014 Economic Development Agreement: Discussion on the request from the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association for the funding of the 2014 Economic Development Agreement.

■ Amendment to health insurance plans: Consideration to approve an amendment to Routt County’s health insurance plans to include consumer protection provisions of C.R.S. 10 -16-704.

■ C.R. 14 row survey with Four Points: Consideration to waive the formal purchasing process and approve and authorize chairperson to sign a professional services agreement, once approved by county attorney, with Four Points Surveying and Engineering for the completion in 2013 of survey project begun in 2012 for C.R. 14 right-of-way corridor in the road reconstruction area in the not to exceed amount of $7,000. Additionally approve a supplemental budget for $7,000 for this project.

■ Fair announcer booth: Consideration to approve and authorize chair person to sign a construction contract, once approved by county attorney, with B. East Construction to install pre-fabricated announcer booth at the Routt County Fair Arena. Additionally approve a supplemental budget for $7,000 for this project.

■ CERT vehicle donation: Consideration to approve and accept donation of CERT vehicle from Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, approval for county to provide insurance, registration fees, and transportation of the vehicle from Larimer County to Routt County.

Note: a $1,200 per year budget request will be added to the 2014 tactical vehicle line item.
