The site, www.southrouttedc.com, will help keep visitors informed of South Routt County events, job openings, local business services, community information and resources and small business support resources.

“We are very excited to have our new website available to help coordinate South Routt information in one place and to have a site to learn more about this amazing area of Northwest Colorado,” Economic Development Council board President David Bonfiglio said in the release.

The economic development and community information website is a cooperative project of the Economic Development Council with assistance from the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and financial support from Routt County.

Local branch is Coldwell Banker Premier Office

The Steamboat Springs office of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has been named a Coldwell Banker Premier Office, according to a news release. The award is the highest award given to Coldwell Banker offices and was achieved by 16 percent of offices in 2012.

Offices that achieve the award must attain an average per sales associate/representative of $100,000 in closed adjusted gross commission income or 20 total units in the calendar year, according to the release.

“An accomplishment of this magnitude demonstrates a very high level of teamwork among the management, sales associates/representatives and office staff of the office,” Todd Conklin — CEO of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties with offices in Vail, Steamboat and Sun Valley — said in the release. “I am very proud of the Steamboat Office’s accomplishments.”
