Steamboat Springs The South Routt Economic Development Council launched its website Saturday, according to a news release. The site, www.southrouttedc.com, will help keep visitors informed of South Routt County events, job openings, local business services, community information and resources and small business support resources.
“We are very excited to have our new website available to help coordinate South Routt information in one place and to have a site to learn more about this amazing area of Northwest Colorado,” Economic Development Council board President David Bonfiglio said in the release.
The economic development and community information website is a cooperative project of the Economic Development Council with assistance from the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association and financial support from Routt County.
Local branch is Coldwell Banker Premier Office
The Steamboat Springs office of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has been named a Coldwell Banker Premier Office, according to a news release. The award is the highest award given to Coldwell Banker offices and was achieved by 16 percent of offices in 2012.
Offices that achieve the award must attain an average per sales associate/representative of $100,000 in closed adjusted gross commission income or 20 total units in the calendar year, according to the release.
“An accomplishment of this magnitude demonstrates a very high level of teamwork among the management, sales associates/representatives and office staff of the office,” Todd Conklin — CEO of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties with offices in Vail, Steamboat and Sun Valley — said in the release. “I am very proud of the Steamboat Office’s accomplishments.”
2 Prudential groups are top performers in state
Prudential Real Estate Network recently recognized Prudential Steamboat Realty’s The Vanatta Group and Fryer Real Estate Team as top performers in the state of Colorado during the first quarter of 2013, according to a news release.
The Vanatta Group (Pam Vanatta, Heidi Flint, Mark Dudley and Anne Mayberry) was first in the state for residential gross commission income. The Fryer Real Estate Team (Darrin Fryer, Robyn Higginbothom and Lisa Ruffino) was third in the state for the number of residential units sold as well as third for residential gross commission income.
“These two teams have consistent track records of providing their clients with results regardless of market conditions,” broker/owner Cam Boyd said in the release. “We are truly fortunate to have them as part of the Prudential team.”
Suellyn Godino joins local RE/MAX Partners office
Suellyn Godino has joined RE/MAX Partners in Steamboat as a full-time associate broker.
She earned her real estate license in 2004 and in the past few years has been among the top performers in the Steamboat Springs multiple listing service. Suellyn served on the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors from 2005 to 2011 and was president from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, she was named Realtor of the Year.
Godino has enhanced her real estate career by obtaining several designations. She has received her Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Distressed Property Expert and ePro Internet Professional designations.
