Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:28 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers contacted a person who was sleeping in his or her car at West Lincoln Park. The person was told that was not allowed.
12:33 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight at a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. Everything was fine.
1:23 a.m. Officers contacted a drunken person at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue and took them to detox.
10:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a cyclist who said a car hit his or her front wheel in the 500 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers could not find the car.
11:25 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike found at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue.
11:43 a.m. Officers were called to a report of property found in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza. A vagrant was camping there and had left his belongings. Police collected them and told the man not to camp there.
12:19 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 300 block of South Shelton Lane.
1:11 p.m. Officers checked on an older gentleman who tripped in the crosswalk at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.
3:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a detour sign found in a storage closet in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza.
3:54 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of fireworks in the 31100 block of Countryside Road.
4:51 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of a truck that had spilled a white fluid in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
8:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2700 block of Laurel Lane.
10:51 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a structure fire in the 2800 block of Bucks Path. There was a large fire in a Dumpster at a house under construction. The fire was put out, and the house was not damaged.
10:55 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a crash on Routt County Road 17 near Yampa.
11:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 2500 block of Ski Trail Lane. It was a police officer investigating an alarm.
