Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:57 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 600 block of Tamarack Drive. Two people were having a verbal argument.

8:59 a.m. Several items left at the free concert Friday were turned in to police.

9:43 a.m. A cellphone and wallet found on a bus were turned in to police.

11:32 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person receiving harassing text messages in the 1000 block of Mountain Village Circle.

11:36 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a report of identity theft near Steamboat.

12:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who found a wallet while tubing the Yampa River.

12:21 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person snooping around and looking through windows in the 1600 block of Cornice Road.

2:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 2200 block of Elk River Road who said his or her Social Security number was being used by someone for employment purposes.

2:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of bears getting into garbage in the 600 block of Meadowbrook Circle.

2:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a driver's license found on River Road.

3:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who wanted to complain about grass and weeds being too high for traffic visibility at Village Drive and Meadow Lane.

6:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a debit card found at Spring Creek Park.

7:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person panhandling and making inappropriate comments to people at Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.

8:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a reckless driver at Ninth Street and Lincoln Avenue. The driver could not be found.

10:11 p.m. A woman came to the police department and said she was getting unwanted advances from a man. The woman wanted officers to give the man a warning to stop.

11:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was making threatening remarks to employees at a restaurant in the 3100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
