■ Approval of county commissioners minutes: regular meeting of June 11, 2013

■ Approval of corrected assessments and/or abatements, as listed:

■ Approval and authorization to sign a resolution amending the RCZR for value added agriculture, PI2013-002; a resolution amending the RCZR for solar panels, PI2013-002; and a resolution amending the RCZR for issuance and approval, PI2013-004.

■ Consideration and approval of the signing of the Blue Valley Ranch building envelope adjustment; PX2012-001

■ Approval of and authorization to sign an agreement regarding provision of services between the Colorado Judicial Department by and through the 14th Judicial District Probation Department and Routt County on behalf of Routt County Department of Human Services to provide staff for the Routt County Collaborative Management Program Individualized Support Services team facilitator for the state fiscal year 2014 in the amount of $26,000.

■ Approval of the state Human Service Electronic Benefit Transfer in the amount of $27,638.28 through June 2013.

Northwest Colorado Loan Fund: Public hearing of the Citizen Participation Plan and consideration to sign all documents related to Routt County participation with the Northwest Colorado Council of Government and eight other counties for the multi-jurisdictional application to the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade for Community Development Block Grant Business Loan Funds and the Intergovernmental Agreement for Community Development Block Grant Business Loan Funds.
