2012-13 Sailors Nordic schedule

The Steamboat Springs High School girls Nordic skiing team had its best team finish of the season Saturday at a race hosted by Summit High School. The event included 6-kilometer of racing split evenly between classic and skate-skiing styles, athletes switching mid-race between disciplines.

Steamboat’s girls were third in the skate skiing portion, led by Meg O’Connell, who finished third in skate and eighth in classic. Gabriel Bohlmann was 12th in classic and 13th in skate. Lindsey Adler was 31st in skate.

Peter White led the boys, finishing 14th in skate and classic, good enough to keep his position atop the skimeister standings. Tristan Fischer was 38th in classic.

The way you have the athletes listed is confusing. Tristan is a boy; Gabriel is a girl.
