Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:40 a.m. Steamboat Spring Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person with a dislocated shoulder at a bar in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

9:45 a.m. Routt County Sheriff's Office deputies and Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a head-on crash near mile marker 128 on U.S. Highway 40. A car lost control while going around a corner and collided with another car. A woman and her 4-year-old daughter were evaluated for injuries but were not taken to the hospital. A ticket was issued for careless driving causing injury.

10:37 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person who was panhandling in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

11:56 a.m. Officers helped a drunken man who was jaywalking and got stuck in the snow on a median at Anglers Drive and South Lincoln Avenue. The man was given a ride across the street.

11:59 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at North Grand Street and Park Avenue.

1:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of juveniles with marijuana in the 300 block of Seventh Street.

1:15 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person suffering with back pain who had been involved in a car crash on Hospital Hill.

2:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people arguing in the 2700 block of Downhill Drive.

3:15 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a person who had fraudulent charges on his or her credit card in the 31500 block of Runaway Place.

3:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

4:03 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 32300 block of Colorado Highway 131. A car hit a horse.

5:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 2200 block of Apr├Ęs Ski Way.

6:13 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a man who wanted to report another man who was selling cocaine in Steamboat.

7:40 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who had psilocybin mushrooms at Colorado Mountain College. A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
