Flamingo fundraiser helps Partners in Routt County
During National Mentoring Month in January, Partners in Routt County is working to raise funds through a flamingo fundraiser. For $15, Routt County residents can request a flock of 10 plastic flamingos be placed in a yard of their choice. The flock will roost for about 24 hours before migrating to another yard. Partners also is offering anti-flocking insurance for $15. By purchasing the insurance, Routt County residents can ensure that no flamingos will roost in their yard.
