Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:15 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of prescription drugs taken from a hotel room in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court.

9:11 a.m. Colorado State Patrol Troopers and Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of an accident near mile marker 141 on U.S. Highway 40.

9:53 a.m. A person came to the police department and reported being harassed.

11:25 a.m. Officers were called to check on people who looked homeless in a car in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers contacted the people. It appeared they had been living in the car and were just passing through town.

12:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who had been the target of an Internet scam in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive.

1:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an abandoned car in the 300 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

3:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that entered the Soda Creek Elementary School parking lot by ignoring one-way signs. The driver was contacted and warned.

3:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was upset about where snow had been shoveled in the 2700 block of Alpenglow Way.

3:30 p.m. A debit card was turned in at the police station.

3:57 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car that was damaged in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

4:21 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who was having chest pain in the 300 block of South Shelton Lane.

5:12 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who was having difficulty breathing in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

5:57 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who was having an unknown medical problem in the 2300 block of Après Ski Way.

9 p.m. Deputies were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 500 block of Roselawn Avenue.
