Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:02 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of an assault in the 200 block of James Street. A woman reported she was attacked by her female roommate, but she did not pursue any charges.

1:09 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person who was kicked out of a bar on Seventh Street.

1:11 a.m. Officers were called to a report of four men in their early 20s throwing snowballs at a Steamboat Springs Transit bus at Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police caught up with the men and told them not to throw any more snowballs.

1:19 a.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a loud noise in the 2700 block of Burgess Creek Road.

4:02 a.m. Officers contacted a drunken person at Steamboat Boulevard and Indian Summer Drive. Police gave the man a courtesy ride home.

5:09 a.m. Officers were called to complaint about a loud noise in the first block of Sequoia Court.

9:25 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury car crash at Lincoln Avenue and 12th Street.

11:02 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A woman called police from a restaurant and said she was concerned about how a father was acting toward his son. Upon investigation, police determined everything was OK.

12:04 p.m. Officers were called to a report of woman who lost her wedding ring in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive.

9:39 p.m. Officers were called to the emergency room at Yampa Valley Medical Center to take a report of a person who was bit by a dog in Steamboat.

10:29 p.m. Officers were called to a complaint about a loud noise in the first block of Sequoia Court.
