Steamboat Springs High School Nordic, Alpine ski teams earn all-state nods

Steamboat Springs — The Steamboat Springs High School Alpine and Nordic teams placed several members on the all-state list.
While competing in Winter Park at the Colorado State Skiing Championships during the weekend, the girls teams placed third, and the boys teams placed fourth.
This is a combined score of Alpine and Nordic results from the two-day championship.
On the girls side, Nordic skiers Gabriel Bohlmann and Meg O’Connell were named all-state.
Bohlmann was placed on the list for her ninth-place finish in the classic event. O’Connell earned it for her seventh-place finish in the skate event.
Peter White and Andreas Foulk each earned all-state nods in giant slalom. Suzanne Lyon earned it on the girls side. White also was an all-state selection in slalom along with Lyon and Ali Pougiales.
