Steamboat Springs In its 15th year, it’s hard to argue that the Bud Light Rocks the Boat Free Concert Series has ever had a better lineup.
It’ll start with a bang Jan. 20 and end with some love April 13.

The annual concert series that takes place on the Steamboat Stage in Gondola Square kicks off Jan. 20 during the 40th Cowboy Downhill with Shooter Jennings.
The series continues March 1 with The Pimps of Joytime, March 8 with The Wailers, March 15 with the New Orleans Suspects, March 22 with Naia Kete and March 29 with the Giving Tree Band.
It continues April 5 with Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds and April 12 with MarchFourth Marching Band before celebrating closing day with a live performance on April 13 from G. Love and Special Sauce.
“Over the past 15 years, the Rock the Boat concerts have showcased not only national acts but also featured up and coming performers on the verge of making it big,” John Waldman, Great Knight Productions and show producer for the Bud Light Rocks the Boat series, said in a news release.
“The success of the series has always been featuring a variety of musical genres that resonate with a wide audience while providing a fun and entertaining experience," Waldman added. "This season offers one of the strongest line-ups yet, perfect for celebrating this long-running free event at the ski area.”
