Police, fire and ambulance calls

5:24 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a car weaving near mile marker 118 on U.S. Highway 40. The car was stopped, and the driver reported being tired.

7:52 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to a report of smoke in the first block of Redwood Court. It was fog.

8:48 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a crash at Routt County Roads 44 and 44A.

9:37 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet with cash stolen overnight from an unlocked car in the 300 block of Fourth Street. Construction workers later found the wallet without the cash in a culvert on Conifer Circle.

10:17 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet taken from an unlocked car overnight in the 300 block of Blue Sage Circle.

1:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a Jamaican passport.

4:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who wanted to complain about the low price their items were sold for at a consignment store.

5:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a man trespassing at a home in the 500 block of Harms Court.

6:18 p.m. Firefighters were called to help a person who crashed his or her bike on the Yampa River Core Trail in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue.

6:22 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet taken from an unlocked car overnight in the 300 block of Crabapple Court.

10:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person shoplifting at a convenience store in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.
