Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:24 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to report of a missing person in the 3300 block of Columbine Drive. A mom reported her 18-year-old daughter was not at home. The daughter was found nearby and went home.

9:44 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court. A person was calling the hotel stating they were somebody other than who they were. Officers took a report.

10:31 a.m. Officers were called to a report of found property at Eighth Street and Lincoln Avenue. A debit card was found.

11:16 a.m. Officers were called to a report of found property in the 2800 block of Lincoln Ave. A bike was left in the area for three days. Officers took it to the Police Department for safe keeping.

Noon Officers were called to a report of fraud in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. The person wanted to report consumer fraud but refused to speak with officers.

12:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Gilpin Street. A motorcycle that people were unfamiliar with was left in the area. The owner of the motorcycles was contacted and said it broke down.

2:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of theft in the 3100 block of Ingles Lane. Someone reported they had a garden hose stolen. Officers watched surveillance and determined who took it. A summons for court was issued.

7:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 500 block of Eaglepointe Court. Someone was receiving harassing phone calls. A report was taken.

8:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment at The Porches. A babysitter reported the family was not willing to pay her for watching their children. A report was taken.

10:15 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was a disturbance between two guys, but no one wanted to press charges.

10:22 p.m. Officers responded to an accident on Game Trails Drive. The driver was charged with DUI and careless driving. He was taken to the hospital.
