12:43 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to perform a welfare check in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue. A man called in and wanted officers to check on his girlfriend who was staying in a hotel in the area. He was able to reach her, and everything was OK.

1:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a fight in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man reportedly was escorted out of a bar but returned repeated times and made threats to staff. He was charged with menacing and disorderly conduct.

1:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the first block of Sequoia Court. A person called to complain about people talking loudly on a deck. Officers determined the people were not unreasonably loud and warned them of the noise ordinance.

1:32 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. A person called to report people on a deck yelling and screaming. Officers issued a verbal warning.

2:11 a.m. Officers contacted a person at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue. A man reportedly was urinating on a building. He was issued a citation.

2:14 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza. A person reported that a man and a woman were knocking on doors, and one was seen urinating in public.

9:10 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a lost cellphone in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:12 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of criminal mischief in the 21000 block of Third Avenue. It was a party, and no report was filed.

12:29 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of fraud in the 32000 block of Ute Trail in Oak Creek. No other information was available.

4:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 700 block of Yampa Street. A woman reported that she thought she was drugged July 25 at a bar.

4:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a vehicle complaint in the 600 block of Snapdragon Way. A person reported that a car ran a stop sign.

5:03 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of shots fired in the 43000 block of Routt County Road 129. No other information was available.

8 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal bite in the 1700 block of Burgess Creek Road. A woman tried to break up a fight between her dog and one she was taking care of and was bit by her own dog in the process. She went to the hospital.

8:17 p.m. Officers were called to perform a welfare check in the 1000 block of The Boulevard. Officers contacted a person, and they were evaluated by mental health professionals and taken to Grand Junction.

10:12 p.m. Officers were called to perform a welfare check at the Eagle Ridge bike path. A man reportedly was lying on the ground. When an ambulence arrived, he refused care and was sober enough that he was released.

11:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief at Harwig Circle. A man found damage to his car after it was egged.
