Police, fire and ambulance calls

10:28 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who was having a seizure in the 40500 block of Anchor Way.

12:20 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear at Grand Street and Missouri Avenue.

2:56 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a van door left open in the 900 block of Confluence Court. Everything was fine.

10:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of people sleeping in their car in the 500 block of Ore House Plaza.

12:45 p.m. Officers were called to a report of trash that had been put out two days before trash day in a container that was not bear proof in the 1500 block of Natches Way.

5:05 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of an accident near mile marker 117 on U.S. Highway 40. A man fell asleep while driving and crashed into a guardrail. The man’s injuries were not severe, and he was not taken to the hospital.

5:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of railroad crossing gates malfunctioning at 13th Street.

5:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was being harassed by a neighbor after filing a noise complaint in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza.

6:23 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who thought he or she saw a drug deal take place in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.

10:30 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 200 block of South Sharp Street in Oak Creek.

11:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a piece of construction equipment that had a caution light left on in the 2500 block of Pine Grove Road.
