■ Motor graders 2013: Discussion regarding a purchase order for two 2013 model year motor graders and trade in of two current motor graders for the Road and Bridge Department

■ Release of grading and excavation permit: Discussion regarding the request that the commissioners release the grading and excavation permit RBGE12-029 $25,000 bond as requested by Quicksilver Resources, Inc. by letter on March 21, 2013. Road and Bridge has been out to inspect the road and all conditions in the permit have been met.

■ Supplemental budget: Discussion regarding a supplemental budget request to 1) add $1,590 to the 2013 general fund budget, 2) transfer $5,190 to the IS department controllable asset fund, and 3) deduct $3,600 from the Accountingpaychex service fee line item in order to replace the district shp paychex time clocks with three new computers.
