Police, fire and ambulance calls

6:26 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to help with a broken train crossing signal at North Walnut Street in Hayden.

8:35 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a mother who was concerned about comments her 18-year-old son made in the 1300 block of Indian Trails. The son met with mental health officials.

8:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 200 block of Park Avenue.

9:26 a.m. A person came to the police department and wanted to report a scam in a newspaper classifieds ad.

9:35 a.m. A person came to the police station and wanted to report a scam in a newspaper classifieds ad.

10:05 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a noninjury crash near mile marker 141 on U.S. Highway 40.

10:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 500 block of Rollingstone Drive.

10:49 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of a noninjury crash at Colorado Highway 131 and Routt County Road 14F.

10:53 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet taken from a car at Grand Street and Logan Avenue.

11:15 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive.

1:25 p.m. Oak Creek Police Department officers were called to a report of an assault at Soroco High School.

1:41 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was concerned about someone after seeing a message on Facebook. The person was fine.

2:32 p.m. Officers were called to a report of $1,100 taken from a business in the 100 block of Anglers Drive.

4:12 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an elderly driver who passed a car by using the turn lane.

5:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. A person reported being yelled at because of where he or she was parked to pick up children from day care.

7:04 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a noninjury crash near mile marker 4 on C.R. 36.

9:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious car in the 800 block of Pamela Lane.
