1:31 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of criminal mischief at the Stock Bridge Transit Center. Metal statues of sheep located along the Yampa River Core Trail had been moved in front of the entrance to the transit center. Colorado State Patrol troopers earlier had found sheep in the middle of U.S. Highway 40. The sheep were returned to their original location.
2:21 a.m. Officers were called to a vehicle complaint in the 3200 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
7:44 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a lost cellphone in the 900 block of Mauna Kea Lane. The owner of the cellphone used GPS software to track the phone, and officers recovered the phone from an employee of the establishment where it was lost who was planning to return the phone.
9:16 a.m. Officers found a wallet lost on a bus. It was returned to its owner.
12:13 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a skier crash at Steamboat Ski Area. No other information was available.
4:50 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of harassment in the 24000 block of Routt County Road 25.
5:34 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a cellphone lost in the parking lot of City Market.
8:53 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of harassment in the 31000 block of Runaway Place.
10:29 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone being followed in the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving while ability impaired, harassment and driving without a valid license.
11:58 p.m. Officers were called about a welfare check in the 3100 block of Columbine Drive. Everything was fine.
