Soroco High School volleyball coach Kim Reeves said her team played tired and distracted Saturday, and the squad paid the price, losing in three sets to West Grand.
The Rams lost, 25-11, 25-17, 25-16.
“A lot of it hard to do with homecoming, unfortunately,” Reeves said. “It’s a busy week, and there’s so much going on. Then there was some sickness going around, but I told the girls they can’t use that as an excuse. They have to rise above those things.
“We’ll just try to move on from here, to keep going forward.”
Soroco now is 1-9 on the season.
